Kung ikaw ay Balik-Manggagawa na may ACTIVE OWWA MEMBERSHIP at valid OEC , pwede ka ng kumuha ng OFW E-card. The OFW E-card is being issued for free.  All you have to do is to follow the process and transaction online to get your E-Card in your respective Regional Welfare Offices.
