HOMEMADE KALO-KALO WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Para sa kakaibang lasa ng sinangag, subukan ang recipe kasama ang Oyster sauce na mabibili lamang sa tindahan.


This breakfast dish from the Philippines calls for day-old rice and lots of garlic or spices.

Ingredients:

Oyster Sause
large egg
vegetable oil
cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
cooked rice
onions finely chopped


Preparation


1. Painitin ang kawali at ilagay ang mantika

2. Ilagay ang bawang at sibuyas hanggang mamula mula ang kulay

3. Ilagay ang kanin

4. Lagyan ng Oyster Sauce at ihalo ng maigi hanggang mabalot ang kanin ng sauce.

5. panghuli, ihalo ang itlog.

6. I-serve
